choose your products. Although this takes away from the surprise aspect, it's better because you don't have to worry about wasting your money if you don't like the products in a monthly box. During the holidays you can also gift someone a box. I don't know about you, but that would be a pretty awesome gift!! :)

Shipping-
I had heard many, many good things about the shipping such as it only takes 3 days, and it's great. My order happened to be on backorder, and it was delayed. It was quite frustrating, but I figured that it would ship in a few days. It took a week to get a shipping notice from Beautyfix. Then, it took another week and a half to arrive. Two and 1/2 weeks (3 weeks with the delay before shipping,) is far too long to wait for products, especially if the company specifically strives to have quick shipping.
Rating: 3/10; really annoying.
Packaging-
I was very happy when my box arrived, and then found myself sad. My "Angel Drops" (oil) had leaked all over the box. About one fifth of it was wasted and gone, leaving the other products gross and oily. I had to clean everything off, and it took a lot of time. The products appeared to be thrown in the box, and I would have liked to have seen a prettier, and more secure form of packaging. At the bottom I did find some black tissue paper, but it didn't do much good. (Sorry that I don't have a picture of the box.)
Rating-4/10; not very secure and quite plain.
Customer Service-
I emailed customer service to see what they would do about the oil leaking issue. They simply said they were very sorry and I could return the box for a full refund. If there is a problem with a box, Beautyfix should send you a new one, thereby avoiding the whole hassle for their customers. Plus, the email implies, if you return the box, YOU have to pay for shipping, which makes no sense, as they don't charge for shipping in the first place and it was the inadequate packaging by this company that caused this problem.
Rating: 7/10; nice.
Products and Value-
This company is great for helping you get a good deal: $50 was not much to pay compared with the high value of products I received. I liked all of the products and I love the concept. Even though I just put random things in my cart (without attention to value), I still got a very good deal. (They did send me the wrong scent in the body mist, but I'll let it slide.)

Overall-
I really do like this company. I am not going to give it a bad rating based only on my experiences with packaging. What happened to me was unfortunate, but I know many have had a very good experience. I guess my box was just a dud. I really do like and appreciate what this company has to offer; I definitely would check it out.
